2. Information we may collect

• product interests, selected catalogue SKUs, quantities, destination and enquiry message;
• artwork, reference images, specifications or other files you choose to share;
• email verification details and correspondence with us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Information generated when you use the website

• IP address and standard server or security logs;
• browser/device type, page URL, date and time, referring page and basic interaction events;
• a random visitor identifier, language preference, acknowledgement of the B2B notice and catalogue shortlist stored in your browser;
• events connected with protected catalogue images, enquiry activity or attempted restricted actions, used for security and misuse prevention.

We do not ask for payment-card details, government identification, passwords or sensitive financial information through this website.

3. Why we use information

We use information only for legitimate and lawful business purposes, including to:

• respond to an enquiry and understand the products, quantities and market you are considering;
• verify a business email before enabling certain catalogue enquiry functions;
• prepare quotations, samples, specifications and possible business orders;
• generate a catalogue enquiry PDF in your browser or prepare a message you choose to send through WhatsApp;
• remember catalogue selections, language choice and one-time website notices;
• protect our catalogue, investigate misuse, maintain security and troubleshoot the website;
• maintain business, export, tax and legal records where required;
• improve the usefulness and performance of the website.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The website uses first-party cookies and browser storage for limited operational purposes:

• Visitor identifier: a random ID used for security and activity association, set for up to 180 days.
• Verified email: remembers a successfully verified email for up to 30 days.
• Recent activity/referrer: basic security context stored for up to 30 days.
• B2B notice: remembers that the introductory business-only notice was seen.
• Catalogue shortlist: keeps selected SKUs on the same browser so an enquiry is not lost.
• Language preference: remembers the language selected on the website.

You can remove or block cookies and local storage using your browser controls. Doing so may reset your catalogue shortlist, language choice or email-verification status, but normal public browsing should remain available.

Cloudflare or our hosting infrastructure may also set strictly necessary security cookies or process technical request data to deliver and protect the site.

5. When information may be shared

We limit disclosure to what is reasonably needed for the purpose. Information may be handled by:

• website hosting, content-delivery, security, email and OTP service providers acting for us;
• professional advisers, auditors or technology providers under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
• manufacturing, logistics or commercial partners where needed to evaluate or fulfil your specific request;
• government, regulatory, judicial or law-enforcement authorities where disclosure is legally required;
• a successor organisation in a genuine restructuring, merger or transfer of business, subject to applicable safeguards.

Services you choose to open

If you click WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email or another external link, information is sent to that service only when you choose to interact with it. WhatsApp/Meta, LinkedIn and other providers process information under their own privacy terms. The jsPDF library used on the catalogue page creates the PDF locally in your browser; we do not automatically receive the completed PDF.

Processing outside India

Some hosting, security, communication or business providers may process information outside India. Where applicable, we use reasonable contractual, technical and organisational safeguards and comply with restrictions required by Indian law.

6. How long we keep information

We retain personal information only while reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, an active business relationship, dispute handling, security, or a legal, accounting, tax or export-record requirement.

• Browser cookies follow the periods stated above; local-storage items remain until removed by the website or cleared in your browser.
• Unsuccessful or one-off enquiries may be removed when no longer useful for follow-up or security.
• Correspondence and quotation records may be kept for a reasonable period after the last meaningful interaction.
• Records connected with an order may be retained longer where Indian tax, company, export or other law requires it.

When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or securely archive it. Limited residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information, including access controls, HTTPS transport, hosting/security protections, restricted service access and operational review.

No internet transmission or storage system is completely risk-free. Please do not send confidential designs, commercially sensitive specifications or personal information that is unnecessary for an initial enquiry. Where a project requires confidential material, ask us about an appropriate NDA or secure exchange method.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

Subject to applicable law and verification of your identity, you may ask us to:

• confirm whether we hold personal information about you and provide a summary;
• correct or update inaccurate or incomplete information;
• delete information that is no longer needed, unless retention is required by law or a valid business/legal claim;
• withdraw consent for a consent-based use or stop non-essential communication;
• raise a concern about how your information has been handled.

A withdrawal will not invalidate processing already lawfully completed. We may need limited details to identify the relevant record and prevent unauthorised disclosure.

9. Children’s information

This is a B2B website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

10. Privacy and grievance contact

For access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal or a privacy grievance, contact the person below. Please use the subject line “Privacy Request” and include enough information for us to locate and verify the relevant record.

We will acknowledge privacy grievances promptly and aim to resolve them expeditiously and, in any event, within one month from receipt as required under the applicable Indian rules. If we update this policy, the revised effective date will appear at the top.
